Supply/exhaust air ventilation. It is a technology for air circulation in buildings where fresh outdoor air is taken in at the same time as indoor air is drawn out. It aims to improve air quality and prevent moisture and mold problems inside the building.

Residents may only use carbon filter fans that may not be connected directly to the valve.

It usually takes 3-4 weeks to process a new membership in the association from the fact that all documents (transfer agreement and glazing agreement etc.) have reached the association's financial manager: Neighbor (formerly) Home and Real Estate).

The issue of membership is addressed at the next board meeting.

In cases where the buyer's ability to pay the annual fee to the association is deemed to be insufficient, a pre-issued bail bond, which is attached to the application for membership, can facilitate and expedite the treatment.

The association has lists with information about members and residents in the house to be able to reach out with information.

Information saved in lists includes

Name, apartment number, address, size of apartment, storage number and e-mail etc. The information is taken from the documents that come from the broker regarding new members. In cases where there is an e-mail address, we enter it so that digital newsletters are sent out.

We have some e-mail addresses where we enter name, address, apartment number and e-mail address to be able to contact members, residents and in some cases former members or residents. For example, the info e-mail, the nomination committee, the web group, the well-being group and the storage group.

Agreement - Glazed balcony

If the apartment has a glazed balcony, the new owner must sign an agreement to handle the division of responsibilities between the member and the association. The agreement must be submitted to the board signed by all shareholders. If an agreement is not submitted, there is a risk that it will delay the association's approval of the member.

The association shares large warehouses

It is important to contact the board early to check the apartment's storage. There is a risk that the storage that belonged to the apartment's previous owner is not handed over to the new one.

The cleaning service works actively to provide all apartments with their own storage room, as requested by the tenants. Therefore, large warehouses are divided into two smaller ones.

Timing
