There are 161 apartments in our property ”Danderyd Hospital 15”And of those, 21 are still rental apartments. There are three rooms, one of which serves as an overnight apartment. In addition to our house, there are two other properties in the area. Together we have a community association that takes care of the parking lots and the parks between the houses.

Nomination Committee 2023-2024

Each year, a nomination committee is elected by the members at the AGM. The task is to produce candidates for the board who are approved by the residents. The Nomination Committee is an important part of our association. By finding and giving suggestions to committed members, the association's board can continue to do a good job.

Bicycle room, thermal control and lighting

New bicycle racks with higher safety. Temperature sensors in selected apartments control the heat in the house. New emergency lighting illuminates the stairwells in the event of a power failure.

Replacement of the association's windows and balcony doors and rrenovation of a rental bathroom.

Passage system, lifts and bathrooms

APSUS passage system for the gates and the laundry room. Renovation of eleven rental bathrooms and a new elevator couple in Mörbylund 27.

Heating, insulation and electricity

New district heating plant and adjustment of heat in apartments. New energy-saving LED lighting on all floors and electricity separation with new plug cabinets and earth fault switches in apartments. Renovation of sixteen rental bathrooms and additional insulation of the attic.

Thermostats and bathrooms

New thermostats for all elements and renovation of six rental bathrooms
