Before you start your renovation, you and the craftsman must fill in and together submit a certificate to the board. This is a condition for being able to start the renovation work and for any repair fund to be paid out. (Most apartments have already used up their repair fund.)

Make sure you choose a craftsman who has the skills and certificates for the work to be performed. It is also important that you make sure that the craftsmen follow the recommended times for when you have to perform particularly noisy steps, such as driving up concrete during bathroom renovation.

Our property's concrete floor is built a little differently and the risk of going through is relatively large. Contact must be made with the resident below and it must be stamped (protected from below) so that pieces do not fall down and break something in the neighbor's bathroom if you walk through. Please note, however, that permission from the association is always required for parking. The reason for this is that it is the association that is responsible for the building's joists.

When the renovation is complete, make sure you get a wet room certificate from the craftsman. It is important to save this document. It should also accompany the apartment to the next owner if you sell. A copy (digital or paper form) must also be submitted to the board so that it can be saved in an apartment deed.

Internal repair fund

To request withdrawals from the Internal Repair Fund, you will need to fill out a form and send it to our financial manager Nabo along with receipts from the renovation.

The best way is to log in with mobile bank ID www.nabo.se and then create a case for a neighbor where you post receipts and the completed form that is on our website.

The association carried out a trunk change in the property in 2022/23 and then all bathrooms/toilets in the property were renovated.

In connection with this, new trunk locations and piping have been carried out, so consult the board before making any changes/renovations that may include piping.
