Preparations for the change of tribe
In February, the inventory and feasibility study of our house started, which will form the basis for the technical solution proposal, which the association will then vote on at an extraordinary general meeting. The board has chosen to use HSB as a contractor for this feasibility study. In addition to drawings, the basis for the feasibility study will also be surveys of the status of the association's premises and a number of selected apartments. We will contact you in good time if we need to enter your apartment.
The neighborhood house (Mörbylund 17-21) will probably start their project already in the summer and during that time their contractor will rent our premises in ports 25 and 27 as offices and establishment premises. This will provide valuable income and we will have the opportunity to take part in the lessons that the neighboring house does during its project.
