There are 161 apartments in our property ”Danderyd Hospital 15”And of those, 21 are still rental apartments. There are three rooms, one of which serves as an overnight apartment. In addition to our house, there are two other properties in the area. Together we have a community association that takes care of the parking lots and the parks between the houses.

Nomination Committee 2023-2024
Each year, a nomination committee is elected by the members at the AGM. The task is to produce candidates for the board who are approved by the residents. The Nomination Committee is an important part of our association. By finding and giving suggestions to committed members, the association's board can continue to do a good job.
