This is how you get channels from Tele2
- Plug your antenna cable into your TV
You can connect the antenna cable that has been in the box from Telenor directly to your TV. If not, see step 5 in this list. If you know it will work, but it still does not work, you can see step 6 in this list.
- Change the source on your TV
Try changing the source of your TV with the remote control as digital TV may be on another source. There is usually a button on your remote control to change the source, it can look like the examples in the picture below. If you find the button, you can try to change the source by pressing it several times. Because TVs work differently, depending on the manufacturer or model, it is a good idea to look in the operating instructions for your TV or contact your TV manufacturers if you are unsure how to change the source.
- Do a channel search
If you do not see digital channels, you can do a channel search (see the operating instructions for your TV or contact yours TV manufacturers). You know you're watching digitally if you no longer see the scrolling text at the top of the TV. To get the right local channels and news, you may need one network ID for your particular place, Stockholm has a network ID 41001.
- Check your TV model
Almost all modern TV models (from around 2008) have a built-in DVB-C tuner and can show digital TV. Make sure your TV can show digital TV. Otherwise, read the operating instructions for your TV, or contact yours TV manufacturers.
- Do you have an older TV?
If you have an older TV, you may need to switch to a newer model or supplement your TV with a digital box. You can easily connect the digital box to your TV. Read more about buying one digital box from Com Hem.
- Check your antenna cable
