New procedures for unpaid monthly notice
The board would like to remind you of the importance of paying your monthly notice on time. Unfortunately, there are too many who come in with payment too late, which causes unnecessary work and increased costs for the association and the resident. Formally, you can get rid of your condominium and tenancy just after a few days' delay. The board, together with the financial manager, has therefore decided on changed routines:
If payment is not made within 28 days after the payment date, the case will automatically go to Debt Collection, which will also mean an additional administrative fee that must be paid.
If payment still does not take place, the next step may be that the matter is forwarded to the bailiff and that the apartment is terminated. We obviously hope to avoid this.
Pay by direct debit to avoid delays
Direct debit is a payment method where money is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on predetermined dates to pay bills or other recurring payments, making the payment process smoother and more convenient.
