Monthly letter from NCC & Aros Bostad
Newsletter from Aros Bostäder and NCC
Hello neighbors Summer is here and it's time to close for the holidays. Our assessment has been that a continuous monthly letter has been unwarranted, but now it's time for extra info again.
As usual, you can always get in touch with us via our e-mail invernesskv1@ncc.se.
It has been quiet with unwelcome evening & weekend visits lately. As the construction closes for holidays during weeks 29-31, we know that the activity among the mischief usually goes up and ask you again to be our extra eyes on the project and contact the police if you see anything suspicious.
We are working on opening the new pedestrian and bicycle paths in the area. For the pedestrian and bicycle path between Mörbylund and Klostervägen, we assist the municipality with filling and adjustment of areas where final completion will take place by the municipality after the holiday and thus an opening of the road.
For the pedestrian and bicycle path between Mörbylund and the bridge over the E18 remains minor asphalting which is planned to be carried out in the next few weeks to then open up the road. See Yellow area below on the map.
During the completion of stage 1, Aros will have the following occupancy weeks:
- Gärdes Backe 3C (trph 2): week 34
- Gärdes Backe 3D (trph 3): week 36
- Gärdes Backe 3E (trph 4): week 43
Info about Invernesshöjden stage 2
During the month of August, Aros and NCC will begin construction of Invernesshöjden's second block. It will be located north of, and directly adjacent to, the first stage.
Stage 2 consists of 153 apartments, which are leased in condominium form, divided into five stairwells and build five to nine floors above ground, including the entrance floor. Underground, a two-storey garage and basement are being built.
The design follows the principles from the first stage and it is the same architect who designed the second stage. The earthworks will start around week 31-32 (red area on the map).
We start calmly with establishing machines and during week 34 we plan to start spont for excavation and blasting. The second phase is expected to be completed in 2024.
