Meetings with different suppliers
Work on trunk exchange continues. The association has had meetings with various suppliers to see what alternatives are available. Implementing a tribal exchange is an extensive project, both financially and practically, and we want to feel that we are doing the right thing. Neither drainage trunks nor pressurized water pipes have been repaired since the house was built 1972. It has only been patched and repaired in a few places.
Something must be done with our trunks and pressurized water pipes. Possibly the association chooses (a decision is required at the general meeting) to make a change of trunk. This means that all bathrooms will be demolished and redone regardless of age, despite the fact that many have renovated their bathrooms.
At the moment, construction starts are estimated at the earliest around the end of 2021. Further information comes when we know more.
For the time being, we recommend that no bathrooms be renovated unless a water damage has occurred that risks major damage if not rectified.
There is a working group for the tribal exchange. There are no planned fee increases due to stock changes.
