New heating system keeps the temperature
Our property will have a new heating control, which means that the temperature indoors will be able to be kept at an even level much easier. 10 apartments have the opportunity to get a sensor, read more further down in the news.
Until today we have had a service where SMHI's weather forecasts have decided the heating in the property. But since we now have better insulated windows, it is possible to get a more even indoor climate and thus reduce energy costs.
The Board has therefore decided to introduce a new form of heat control based on the current temperature in ten apartments. It is therefore we who decide the desired temperature. The new system is called Heat Smart and comes from a company called NODA.
In order for the new system to work, and to get the most accurate average temperature possible, the association needs to set up a number of temperature sensors distributed in different apartments. At present, we have 10 pieces of sensors that must be set up in 10 different apartments.
Are you interested in having a temperature sensor in your apartment?
In this way you contribute to the system working well and you can get a feedback on the temperature in your particular apartment.
The sensor is similar to a fire alarm and has a size of 8 cm x 8 cm. It has a battery that lasts at least 10 years. It can be set up with self-adhesive tape or screwed up. The sensor should be located in a location that is approximately 1,5 to 2,0 meters from the floor and not near kitchens, radiators or other heat sources.
Contact the association at: info@brfsjukhuset3.se or put a note in the association's mailbox in port 25 of 2. What we need from you are names, apartment numbers and preferably telephone numbers, after which the association will inquire and book time to set up the donor.
We would like to have your answer before November 10. We will then inform you if your apartment will receive a donor.
