Tribal change - join the working group
Our house and home were built almost 50 years ago. An important function is the sewage and water pipes that are in the house. These are expected to have a lifespan of about 40-60 years, so it is time to start planning for stock exchange or stock renovation. It is a comprehensive measure that affects everyone in the house and a large financial expense for the association. The Board has begun to look at what alternatives exist regarding execution and how it should be financed. So there is no timetable yet, but a cautious guess is that it can happen within the next 5 years.
Until then, it is still important that we keep track of our wet spaces and piping. If there is damage in a wet room, it must be handled to reduce damage to surrounding apartments. If someone detects suspected moisture damage in their apartment or public space, it is important to report it as soon as possible, so we can act before the damage becomes too extensive.
It is desirable that more people in the association get involved in this issue so that we get a broad and active working group. You are welcome to contact the board if you would like to join.
