Mörbylunds community is responsible for the land and farms around and between the houses in Mörbylund. The association consists of a board with two representatives from each condominium association.
Parking
Garage and parking spaces are administered by Mörbylunds Community and all questions are referred to: parkering@morbylund.se or letter.

Parking Policy
Parking bans apply to the farms. You can only stop for a few minutes to unload or on. If you need more time, put a note in the windshield with information that "Loading is in progress" and your mobile number. However, this is not a guarantee to avoid parking fines. It is important that we take care of this for quieter farms, a safe outdoor environment for children and that there is free access for any emergency vehicles.
Public places: The marked parking spaces along the street are available to everyone and chargeable XNUMX hours a day. Tickets can be bought in the parking machine located at one of the entrances to the garage. Tickets can be purchased by the hour or for an entire month. It is also possible to pay for parking via the app.
In order to be able to pay the lower housing price for a monthly ticket, a permit is required. Eligible to apply for a residence permit are those who are registered in Mörbylund and owns his car. The residence permit must be in the windscreen. Form can be downloaded above.
Leased locations: To the east of ML 11-15 there is a car park with a number of permanent rental spaces. In the indoor garage there is space for cars and motorcycles. To rent a place, contact the community about available places, prices and conditions.
