We need contact information for you and your tenant as well as the reason for the rental and what time it refers to. If you want to extend the rental period or change second-hand tenant, we need a new application.
You may only sublease according to the existing legal regulations. If you have no intention of moving back yourself, we will refuse the rental.
A fee will be charged that corresponds to 10% of a price base amount for one year's rental. The fee is charged as a lump sum when your application is granted. The fee for renting out is SEK 402,5/month but is charged at the beginning of the rental period. If you rent for a year, the fee is SEK 4.
Price base amount 2022 = 48 kr.
