Electricity agreement is attached to the apartment and goes over to the next accommodation. The association has a supplier, but each apartment is billed quarterly for its consumption. If relocation takes place in the middle of a three-month period, sellers and buyers may want to share the cost, but it must be managed between them.

 

Internet, broadband and cable TV

The Internet is also linked to the apartment and is charged for the monthly fee.

The TV box belongs to the apartment and should be left to the person moving in.

 

Glass balcony

If you have a glazed balcony, the new owner should sign a contract for distribution of responsibilities.

 

Våtrumsintyg

Wet room certificate, possibly a new floor plan, information about wiring and other important documents relating to the apartment must be handed over to the buyer at the time of transfer. This must also be submitted to the board so that the information is collected should it be needed.

 

Storehouse

The repository should be returned to the association. The association then distributes a new one of a suitable size to the new owner of the apartment (if there was a storage room for the apartment).

 

Garage

Remember to cancel the garage space well in advance. According to the rules of society, it is a long period of notice.

 

Intercom

Remember to contact Cemi so that they delete your name from the intercom.

  1. Empty and clean out of storage.
  2. Contact the storage group so that we can put on the association's lock. The store must not be left unlocked.

Tenant

When the tenant moves out, the apartment must undergo moving cleaning. Here is one to follow.

Book an appointment with some representative of the board for apartment inspection and termination of the lease
